UNA is a fresh, contemporary bakery located in the heart of Ranelagh, designed to blend simplicity with style. The space features a thoughtfully curated palette of terrazzo, polished plaster, and stainless steel, creating a modern yet warm atmosphere. We’ve incorporated charred timber elements to echo the earthy tones of their signature sourdough and to complement the artisanal baked goods on display. Though compact, UNA offers a unique experience where customers can watch the baking process unfold, with a full view to the open kitchen.
